Job Posting – Full-Time & Adjunct Instructors

Full-Time & Adjunct Instructors

Job Summary:

Arkansas Baptist College invites applicants for full-time and adjunct instructors in all academic departments. The teaching opportunity for instructors are nine-month appointments and for adjuncts are semester-to-semester.  The contract is for the 2022-2023 academic year starting Fall 2022 semester. 

Responsibilities:

Teach 12-15 undergraduate credit hours per semester – (full-time) / adjunct (11 hours or less), serve as academic coach to all majors, hold office hours, and other responsibilities as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

A degree in course content area(s) with a minimum of 18 graduate hours.  Prior teaching experience a plus. Familiarity with Blackboard and other eLearning platforms desired.   An earned doctorate degree is preferred (ABDs will be considered).
