Edmond Davis, Historian and Facilitator of Instruction at Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock, Arkansas will be at the campus Bistro at Arkansas Baptist College on Friday, April 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to sign his new book, Pioneering African-American aviators featuring the Tuskegee Airmen of Arkansas!  Had it not been for men like Tuskegee Instructor Pilot Milton Pitts Crenchaw, Roscoe Draper and others, this book would not be non- existing. This resource is an American history book that tells the story of trailblazing men, women, civilians, veterans and Arkansans. Davis is believed to have the largest collection of Arkansas Tuskegee Airmen history memorabilia in the country. This document is a bio-bibliographical styled text and would make a valid supplemental resource on several genres, including; United States history II, African-American Studies, Arkansas history, Civil RightsMilitary history/ROTC, Sociology, Women’s history and more.
