Faculty Positions

Arkansas Baptist College seeks qualified individuals for the following position vacancies:

    1. General Studies, Department Chair- The Department of General Studies seeks a senior faculty member whose rank is open. An earned doctorate in Education or closely aligned field is preferred. Candidates must display excellence in research and service, and evidence of quality teaching. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching and research experience in education, history, communications, mathematics, science, and social science. This is a 12 month full-time position.


  Full and part-time faculty for fall 2013, in the disciplines of: 

    1. Human Services
    2. Religion
    3. African American Leadership
    4. General Education
    5. Business Administration
    6. Developmental English
    7. Developmental Reading
    8. Developmental Math


Minimum qualifications are a Master’s degree in the related discipline and 18 graduate hours in the teaching field; plus related teaching experience.
